A campaign has been launched by NZ Young Farmers to all of rural New Zealand to tune in to the FMG Young Farmer of the Year this Sunday to show through ratings the importance of showcasing agriculture on New Zealand television.
Mid Canterbury Farmer Athol New has tonight been named the 48th FMG Young Farmer of the Year – after performing strongly across all sections of the country’s preeminent rural contest.
